Which data

The full name, email address and message you enter in the contact form; and, in the server security logs, your IP address, the time and your browser information.

Why and on what legal basis

The data is processed to answer your request and to carry out the business conversation, under Article 5/2 (c), establishment of a contract, and (f), legitimate interest, of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). No commercial electronic messages are sent.

Who receives it

It is transmitted through the email delivery provider (Resend, USA) and the hosting and network security provider (Cloudflare); transfers abroad are limited to the standard contractual clauses of these providers. It is not shared with any other third party.

How long it is kept

Form messages are kept for 2 years from the last correspondence and server logs for 6 months; they are deleted when these periods end.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object. Requests are sent in writing to [email protected] or to the company address and are answered within 30 days at the latest.
